Making your own freshly baked sourdough bread is such a special experience and having a few simple tools, makes it even more enjoyable.

Dough Scrapers are helpful for releasing bread dough from the mixing bowl, diving or cutting dough into portions and scraping out remnants of dough, cake or other mixes from the sides of the bowl.

Our plastic dough scraper is firm but flexible and can also be used to spread icing and cake fillings.

I have a tonne of different dough scrapers and keep reaching for this one. It’s just fabulous for cleaning dough from my hands and benchtop.
