Sourdough bread making was part of my life, waaaaay before Covid-19 made it popular. A fleeting weekend in Paris, in 2008, and humble baguette forever changed the way my husband and I think about food. I returned to Australia determined to re-live that bready bite and make great food moments part of our every day life.

17 years later, we’re now building a brand for foodies ‘Enfoodiest’, selling top-quality sourdough starters and other boutique products for celebrating and making artisan food at home.
